Baptism
Expectant parents who wish to have their child baptized are required to meet
with a mentor couple prior to the sacrament. It is strongly recommended that
this meeting take place prior to the arrival of the child. Please call the
Parish Office to both set a date for the baptism and to be assigned a couple.
Baptisms are normally the second Sunday of each month.

First Communion and First Penance
In order to prepare for reception on these sacraments, the children are
required to attend our 1st and 2nd grade Religious Ed classes each week.
In the 2nd grade year, the children are also required to participate in 2
retreats. Parents must provide a copy of the child's Baptismal Certificate
prior to the child's reception of 1st Penance and 1st Communion. If your
child was not baptized Roman Catholic, please contact Amy Smedley
for instructions on how to proceed.
