These volunteer mentors work with engaged couples in preparation for the sacrament of marriage. The mentors use prepared materials by the diocese.

The Marriage Enrichment group meets on five Fridays in the fall to reflect on different topics about marriage and the family in order to promote understanding, enrichment, and support for married couples.

Expectant parents who wish to have their child baptized are required to meet with a mentor couple prior to the sacrament. The mentor couple will facilitate the process of baptism to ensure a glorious day for the family. The mentors will meet with the expected parents prior to the arrival of the child.

The music ministry of St. Peter Parish has the primary responsibility of leading the congregation in song worship at Mass and other liturgies. Vocalists and instrumentalists volunteer to participate in specific liturgies and parish related music activities throughout the year. The entire music ministry encompasses the adult choir, youth contemporary choir, parish children's choir, St. Peter's school choir, cantors (high school students and adults), organist, and the ensemble (cantors and instrumentalists).

These ministries include Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Ushers and Nursery Helpers. All these ministries need help. Eucharistic Ministers need to attend a special workshop. There are certain requirements for these ministries. If interested please talk to the Pastor.

St. Peter Adult Choir provides spiritual leadership at Mass through music. Our commission is to lead the assembly in full, active participation in the music of our liturgy. Prior musical training is not required. We rehearse weekly and sing three weekends each month, September through May. New members are welcome any time.
