An Assessor meets once or twice with each Petitioner; explains the Tribunal process; helps Petitioners suggest the most appropriate grounds for a case; completes the required forms; determines the best witnesses and collects the necessary documents. The Assessor also is there to listen to a part of someone’s life, which may be filled with hurt and disappointment. All this is done in strict confidentiality.
